Located in the Thames Valley and at the foot of the Chiltern Hills, Henley is a beautiful place for walking. Henley is on the Thames Path, at the end The Oxfordshire Way and close to the Hambleden Valley, the Chiltern Way and Shakespeare’s Way.
The footpaths around Henley are well maintained, in large part due to the work carried out by The South Chilterns Path Maintenance Volunteers (part of The Chiltern Society) and the fact that Oxfordshire in general has one of the most extensive and well maintained footpath networks in the UK.
